Sean and May delved into property management by managing their own properties having been disappointed by other real estate agents in the past. As seasoned property investors themselves with experience in subdivisions, new builds, developments, granny flats and renovations, they came across positive cashflow Co-Living properties. At the time, no other agency in the area at the time had much (if any) experience in managing this style of accommodation.

From there, Start Small Property Management was born. A few clients asked if we would set up and manage their Co-Living properties. Now Start Small Property specialises in managing these rentals from Noosa to South Brisbane as well as in Townsville. Sean, May and their team are passionate about ensuring that its clients have their properties managed as they would if it was their own properties.
