How to get your bond back

Prior to your lease end date, our agency will send you a pre-vacate pack outlining the expectations upon your vacate. This is also a good time to see what your property was like when you moved in on your Entry Condition Report.

When you have vacated your property and handed keys back we will conduct your exit inspection. The condition of the property will be compared to the entry condition report signed at the start of your tenancy. You will then be contacted regarding any items to be rectified (fair wear and tear excepted). If the premises are not cleaned to the agent’s satisfaction within a reasonable time frame following the final inspection, professional contractors will be engaged to rectify the items identified with the costs to be deducted from the bond.

If the property is the same condition as you entered into it with fair wear and tear excepted upon the exit inspection, your tenancy will be finalised and bond will be released on our end with the RTA within two (2) business days.
